Using the tools
- Utilhex is provided free of charge for personal and commercial use.
- Only process files and data you have the right to use. You are responsible for the content you process and for complying with the laws that apply to you.
- Don’t attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service’s infrastructure, or use automated means to abuse it.
Your content
You keep all rights to your files and data. The tools process them in your browser and Utilhex does not receive them, as described in the privacy policy.
Check your results
Tools are provided to help with everyday tasks, but software can have bugs and some files behave unexpectedly. Keep your original files and review output before relying on it, especially for important documents. Format conversions and compression can be lossy by design; each tool page describes its known limitations.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Utilhex and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may change or discontinue tools, or update these terms. When the terms change, we’ll update the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
