About Invoice Generator
Invoice Generator builds a printable invoice from your business details, client, and line items, then downloads a PDF. Totals, discounts, optional tax, and the balance due are calculated on your device. It does not send the document anywhere, collect payment, or file tax.
How to use Invoice Generator

- Add line items, and turn tax on only if you need it.
- Check the preview, then download the PDF.

Limitations
- The PDF is not a government e-invoice, GST return, or proof that a client paid.
- A standard font is used, so some currency symbols and non-Latin text are omitted or shown as the currency code.
- Logos must be PNG or JPEG and 1.5 MB or smaller.
Privacy
This tool processes everything locally in your browser tab. Your input is not uploaded to Utilhex or any third party, and it is discarded when you close or reload the page. Read the privacy policy for details.
Frequently asked questions
Are my invoice or client details uploaded?
No. The document is built in your browser and the PDF downloads to your device. Reloading the page clears what you typed.
Does turning tax off still add a tax rate?
No. Tax is zero until you enable it and enter a rate on a line. There is no hidden default.
